Adaptive Fitness Program
Take Advantage of a FREE training session with NO commitment
The Adaptive Fitness Program is exclusive to those who are aged 7-30 who have any developmental or genetic disorder (Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, etc). Coaches work with any problem any kid may face regarding things like mobility, coordination, and communication.
We are all about adaptive fitness. For a kid with autism, that usually means working on their communication, functionality, and neuroplasticity. This program covers that and more! We engage in strength training, athletic style performance training, mobility, social interaction and more!
Engaging in this program assists each kid with their physical and mental health. It lets them crush goals, get fit, and feel better. They meet lifelong friends, get healthy, and become the best version of themselves!
